For townhouse and duplex developments, we typically prepare a master specification for the development and apply it across all lots, with individual lot drawings generated from that master. This reduces coordination time significantly and ensures the glazing package is resolved before it becomes a programme constraint.

We work from architectural drawings and can prepare detailed shop drawings for approval before any fabrication commences.

Where a specification calls for something non-standard, we'll advise on what's achievable, what the lead time implications are, and what alternatives exist if the primary specification isn't feasible within the project programme.
